Every year in Ramadan, women belonging to a specific age group are unable to join the religious month for about 5 to 7 days due to menstruation. As long as women get their periods till a certain age, they are not allowed to fast or offer prayer in the holy month of Ramadan.With menstruation comes numerous biological changes, such as bloating, internal pains and hormonal changes. All of this, sometimes, accounts to women during menstruation less spiritual, leaving their Islamic goals for the month altogether.All sorts of feminine concerns, such as postnatal bleeding and menstruation are creations of Allah and His wisdom. These, by no means, are to be deemed as a punishment from Allah. Pay A Visit To The Sick:Being hospitable and helpful towards those who are sick is a much appreciated act of kindness in the eyes of Allah. It also makes us feel even more thankful towards Allah for rewarding us with good health. Prophet (Peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) said; “When the Muslim visits his (sick) Muslim brother, he is harvesting the fruit of paradise until he returns.” [Narrated by Muslim] 7. Listen To The Holy Quran:Even if you’re unable to touch the Holy Quran, you can always listen to it’s recitation over the internet or Television. It would help you in constantly remembering Allah and would prevent you from other worldly distractions.8.
